Abstract

The article analyses essential peculiarities of a teacher’s conflictological skills and their connection with productiveness of educational process, which is defined by constructive interaction of the subjects of teaching and upbringing. The following characteristics of the skills under analysis were taken into account. These are: preparedness for polemic interaction, promoting the development of the skills of critical and reflecsive interpretation of the world and one’s own self; giving the student an opportunity to practice mutual criticism of each other’s position without which the emergence of a new sense is impossible; ability to eliminate empty and nonconfrontative intercourse from education process; to prevent the development of emotional tensity into destructive conflict. According to the data of pedagogical observations and in conformity with the developed conception, the study of opportunities of polemic dialogue in the context of organizing by the teacher together with his students a constructive interaction, is considered to be the most productive.
