Abstract

Статья посвящена раскрытию особенностей авторской технологии развития методической культуры будущих преподавателей педагогических дисциплин в условиях магистерской подготовки. Раскрыты принципы, согласно которым осуществлялось ее внедрение (целостности, дополнительности, диалогичности, субъектности, контекстности, элективности). Определены ее основные структурные компоненты: целевой, концептуальный, содержательный, процессуальный – как совокупность форм, средств и методов организации педагогического процесса, отбор и применение которых осуществляется пофазно. Показаны особенности реализации технологических фаз культуроосвоения, культуровоспроизведения и культуротворчества.

The author describes the features of technology for development the methodical culture of future teachers of pedagogical disciplines in the conditions of master's degree preparation. The author reveals the principles of technology application and its basic structural components.
