Abstract

The issues of including private appeals from the veterans of Great Patriotic War to governing bodies into the empirical material of applied classes are discussed in the article. Those disciplines of the management cycle at which such letters could be the source of students’ sympathy and empathy towards veterans are defined. In the text some veterans’ letters from archives of Volgograd particular agencies are used.
