Концепция формирования психолого-педагогического потенциала личности будущего учителя начальных классов

Abstract

В статье представлена концепция формирования психолого-педагогического потенциала личности учителя начальных классов, разработанная на основе теоретической модели психолого-педагогического потенциала личности учителя; раскрыты принципы разработки содержания профессионального образования, соотнесенные с тремя составляющими психолого-педагогического потенциала личности будущего учителя начальных классов; описана модель обогащения содержания образования, реализующаяся на двух уровнях («уровне горизонтального обогащения», «уровне вертикального обогащения»).

Тhe article presents a concept of formation of psychological-pedagogical potential of a primary school teacher, developed on the basis of theoretical model of psychological-pedagogical potential of teacher's personality; got wise to principles of development of professional education content, related to three components of psychological-pedagogical potential of a future primary school teacher; described a model of enrichment of education's content, being realized on two levels («horizontal enrichment level», «vertical enrichment level»).
