В современном мире проблема отчуждения личности от общечеловеческих моральных норм становится, в силу целого ряда обстоятельств, все более актуальной. Последняя возможность для осуществления комплексного решения данной проблемы находится в пространстве профессионального образования. Однако, не смотря на наличие работ, посвященных проблеме воспитания молодежи, в научной литературе не существует работ, посвященных исследованию роли куратора в решении проблемы морального отчуждения студентов. В данном исследовании, вопервых, определена роль куратора академической группы в решении проблемы профилактики и коррекции морального отчуждения студентов; во вторых, обосновано применение личностно ориентированного подхода в решении исследуемой проблемы; в-третьих, спроектирована модель деятельности куратора на основе личностно ориентированного подхода, включающая последовательную реализацию аналитико-диагностического, прогностико-технологического, мотивационно-стимулирующего, интеграционно-преобразующего, контрольно-рефлексивного этапов; вчетвертых, проведен анализ необходимых условий для эффективной реализации предмодели. Исследование показало, что эффективное решение исследуемой проблемы во многом определяется деятельностью куратора, его способностью и готовностью к организации воспитательного процесса, к проектированию гуманной, личностно ориентированной среды в вузе, приводящей к снижению степени негативных эмоциональных состояний, стимулирующей рост уровня культуры общения, справедливости, сочувствия, понимания, готовности помочь другим. Что подтверждает эффективность спроектированной модели. Результаты исследования расширяют знания о характере деятельности кураторов, направленной на решение проблемы морального отчуждения студентов.

In the modern world, the problem of an individual’s alienation from the universal moral norms becomes, for a variety of circumstances, more and more urgent. The last opportunity to apply an integrated solution to this problem rests with vocational education. However, despite the availability of works devoted to the issue of education of young people, there is no scientific literature devoted to the study of the role of the tutor in addressing moral alienation of the students. In this study, firstly, the role of the tutor of the academic group in the process of prevention and correction of moral alienation of the students is defined; secondly, the use of person-oriented approach in solving the problem under study is justified; thirdly, the tutor’s activity pattern is developed based on the tutor’s person-oriented approach, including consistent implementation of analytical and diagnostic, prognostic and technological, motivational and stimulatory, integrational and transformative, and control and reflective stages; and fourthly, the analysis of the conditions necessary for the effective implementation of the designed model is undertaken. The study showed that the problem of prevention and correction of moral alienation of the students is largely determined by the tutor’s activities, his/her ability and willingness to organize educational activities leading to the reduction in negative emotional states, stimulating the growth of communication culture, justice, compassion, understanding, willingness to help others, which confirms the effectiveness of the designed pattern. The results of the study extend the knowledge about the nature of the tutor’s activities aimed at solving the problem of moral alienation of the students.
