The approbation of the technique of complex diagnostics for the anthropogenic transformation of ecosystems is carried out and the indicators of anthropogenic transformation of nature reserves are revealed. Two nature reserves, where the contrast level of human impact was marked, were selected as the object of study. The author researched the geochemical, physiological and landscape-detecting indicators of pine ecosystems. The author developed a set of environmental measures in order to optimize the condition of the natural environment.
