Обобщенный подход к организации образовательного процесса в корпоративных учебных центрах при высших учебных заведениях

Abstract

This article describes the general approach of creating corporate training centres on the basis of higher education institutions. The model of constructing the educational process in corporate training centres is represented. The knowledge management system in the corporate training centre is proposed, including human resources management system and testing system, interconnected by a system of decision making support. The main features of the system are identified: the selection of employees for a specific job, staff training, selection of professional development courses, the combination of groups for training, formation of personnel reserve, etc. The IDEF0 model of professional skill improvement in corporate training centres is presented and the implementation of corporate knowledge management system is described. A model of the business process of organising and conducting training courses in corporate training centres and the implementation of the subsystem are presented.

В статье описываются обобщенный подход создания корпоративных учебных центров на базе высших учебных заведений. Представлена модель образовательного процесса в подобных корпоративных учебных центрах. Описывается корпоративная система управления знаниями корпоративного учебном центре, которая будет включать в себя систему управления человеческими ресурсами и систему тестирования, связанные между собой системой поддержки принятия решений. Определяются основные функции данной системы: подбор сотрудников на конкретную должность, обучение сотрудников, подбор курсов повышения квалификации, формирование групп на обучение, формирование резерва кадров и т.д. Представлена и описана IDEF0 модель системы повышения квалификации в корпоративных учебных центрах при внедрении данной системы управления корпоративными знаниями. Приведена модель бизнес-процесса организации и проведения курсов обучения в корпоративных учебных центрах при внедрении данной подсистемы.
