Abstract

In article the authors proved need of a research of psychological structure and content of corporate culture of the teacher of higher education institution, gave their definition and offered the psychological construct of corporate culture of the teacher. The authors described components (valuable, relational, behavioral, competence-based), criteria, indicators and levels (formal, broadcasting, developing, transforming) functioning of corporate culture of the teacher of higher education institution.

В статье обоснована необходимость исследования психологической структуры и содержания корпоративной культуры преподавателя вуза. Дано авторское определение и предложен психологический конструкт корпоративной культуры преподавателя. Описаны компоненты (ценностный, отношенческий, поведенческий, компетентностный), критерии, показатели и уровни (формальный, транслирующий, развивающий, преобразующий) функционирования корпоративной культуры преподавателя вуза.
