О влиянии конструктивных и технологических параметров механизма подачи на его эффективность работы

Abstract

Проводится анализ влияния конструктивных и технологических параметров механизма подачи устройства для измельчения порубочных остатков на эффективность его работы. Процесс подачи и измельчения порубочных остатков предложенным устройством является сложным и многофакторным. Приводимая в статье разработанная методика моделирования позволяет исследовать влияние большого количества параметров механизма подачи устройства для измельчения порубочных остатков на его эффективность. В статье определены параметры механизма подачи устройства, при которых показатели эффективности будут как можно лучше, то есть величина производительности машины как можно больше, а средний размер щепы после измельчения загруженной порции порубочных остатков и потребляемая мощность как можно меньше.

The analysis of influence of design and process parameters of the feeder device for shredding forest residues on the efficiency of its work. The process of filing and grinding of wood residuals proposed device is complex and multifactorial. Material presented in the article developed simulation methodology allows us to investigate the influence of a large number of parameters of the feeder device for chopping wood residuals on its effectiveness. The paper defines the parameters of the feeder device for which performance indicators will be as good as possible, that is, the value of performance of the car as much as possible, and the average size of the chip after shredding the loaded portions of forest residues and power consumption as low as possible.
