Модернизация высшего профессионального образования в свете изменения законодательства по образованию

Abstract

The article looks at changes in Russian legislation relating to higher education which have been introduced as part of efforts aimed at realizing Top-priority directions of Russian education up to 2010 adopted by the Russian government in 2004. The changes in legislation reflect tendencies in the development of higher education within the next few years, as well as tasks facing the faculty, the aim being necessity to secure competitiveness of higher education institutions.

В статье рассмотрено изменение законодательства Российской Федерации в области высшего профессионального образования как результат реализации Приоритетных направлений развития образования страны до 2010 г., которые были одобрены Правительством в 2004 г. Изменения в законодательстве отражают тенденции развития высшей школы на ближайшую перспективу, а также задачи педагогических коллективов по обеспечению конкурентоспособности вуза.
