Опыт становления социального партнерства в контексте интеграционных процессов в европейской системе образования

Abstract

The article deals with the foreign experience in the development of educational systems in the context of integration processes in general and the establishment of social partnership in the education system in particular.The difficult task of providing of growing needs of economy caused by the development of high technology, European and Global Integration and competition has given rise to the need to build a new paradigm of education throughout the life together with social partners. It has been found out that the process of modernization of educational systems on the basis of continuity is complex and multidimensional. In this context, social partnership is considered as a means of resolving differences between education and labour markets as a mechanism of the development and adequate functioning of the education system.

Рассмотрен зарубежный опыт развития образовательных систем в контексте интеграционных процессов в целом и становления социального партнерства в системе образования в частности. Проанализирована сложная задача обеспечить растущие потребности экономики, обусловленные развитием производства высоких технологий, европейских и глобальных интеграций и конкуренции, которая обострила необходимость построения новой парадигмы образования в течение всей жизни с помощью социальных партнеров. Выяснено, что процесс модернизации образовательных систем на основе непрерывности является сложным и многомерным. В этом контексте социальное партнерство рассматривается как средство разрешения противоречий между образованием и рынком труда, как механизм развития и адекватного функционирования системы образования.
