Abstract

Цель данной статьи направлена на раскрытие особенностей моделирования формирования конкурентоспособности педагогического коллектива. В статье представлено описание интегративного и средового подходов как основы моделирования формирования конкурентоспособности педагогического коллектива технического колледжа в рамках компетентностной парадигмы профессионального образования. В статье приведена структурно-функциональная модель формирования конкурентоспособности педагогического коллектива технического колледжа, включающая следующие блоки: теоретико-методологический, функционально-целевой, содержательный, технологический, результативный.

The purpose of this article is aimed at the disclosure of details of modeling the formation of the competitiveness of the teaching staff. The article describes an integrative and environmental approach as the modeling framework formation of competitiveness of teaching staff within the Technical College of competence paradigm of vocational education. The article presents the structural and functional model of the competitiveness of the teaching staff of technical college includes the following blocks: theoretical and methodological, functional and targeted, informative, technological, productive.
