Категории «Профессионализм» и «Карьера» в сознании молодежи

Abstract

The article summarizes the results of the empirical study concerned with correlation between “professionalism” and “career” categories based on the survey involving 240 respondents. The research shows correlation between the concepts of professionalism and career in the young people’s judgment. The author considers professional and personal features required for progress in professionalism/career, in the opinions of young people. An emotional component of a professional’s image and an image of a career-motivated person are specified.

В статье излагаются результаты эмпирического исследования соотнесения категорий «профессионализм» и «карьера» у 240 респондентов. Установлена связь категории профессионализма и профессиональной карьеры в сознании молодых людей. Выявлены профессионально-личностные характеристики, необходимые, по мнению молодых людей, для достижения профессионализма / профессиональной карьеры. Определена эмоциональная оставляющая образа профессионала и образа человека, стремящегося к карьерному росту.
