Методическая система развития социокультурных и иноязычных речевых умений учащихся в процессе их участия в международных языковых культуроведческих проектах

Abstract

Modern international language and cultural studies projects allow developing secondary school learners’ socio-cultural and foreign language speaking skills. However, these results can be achieved only with the right combination of approaches, methods, principles and forms of learning, teaching conditions. This article is devoted to the description of the methodical system of the development of secondary school learners’ socio-cultural and foreign-language speech abilities in the course of their participation in the international language projects. The author highlights the importance of the problem, clarifies the definition of methodical training system and a detailed description of its main components. Methodical system is constructed based on competence, communicative and cognitive, personal-activity, socio-cultural and multicultural approaches and comprises four parts: the goal, theoretical part, technological part, and evaluative part. In accordance with the chosen methodological basis for the work the author identifies and describes other components of the methodical system.

Современные международные проекты языковой и культуроведческой направленности позволяют развивать у учащихся средних общеобразовательных школ социокультурные и иноязычные речевые умения. Однако подобные результаты можно достичь лишь при верном сочетании подходов, методов, принципов, форм обучения, методических условий. Рассмотрен вопрос разработки методической системы развития социокультурных и иноязычных речевых умений учащихся в процессе их участия в международных языковых проектах. Освещается актуальность проблемы, уточняется определение методической системы обучения и подробно описываются ее основные компоненты. Методическая система строится на основе компетентностного, коммуникативно-когни-тивного, личностно-деятельностного, социокультурного и поликультурного подходов и включает четыре блока: целевой, теоретический, технологический, оценочно-результативный. В соответствии с выбранной методологической основой определяются и описываются другие компоненты методической системы.
