Педагогическое исследование развития мотивации учебной и профессиональной деятельности обучающихся в медицинских вузах

Abstract

В статье рассматриваются вопросы педагогической теории и практики развития мотивации профессиональной деятельности у обучающихся в медицинских вузах, представлены результаты эмпирического исследования мотивации студентов медицинского вуза, отмечается, что совершенствование медицинского образования неразрывно связано с актуализацией мотиваци-онной составляющей процесса подготовки и требует теоретического и практического поиска.

Questions of the pedagogical theory and practice of developing motivation for professional activity among medical students are considered in the article. Results of the empirical research of medical students' motivation are presented. The author marks that the development of medical education is indissolubly connected with a motivational component and demand theoretical and practical search.
