О влиянии конструктивных и технологических параметров машины для измельчения порубочных остатков на эффективность ее работы

Abstract

The analysis of the influence of structural and technological parameters of the machine for shredding forest residues on the efficiency of its work. The grinding process logging residues proposed device is complex and multifactorial. Material presented in the article, the developed method of modeling allows us to investigate the influence of a large number of parameters of the device for grinding logging residues on its effectiveness. The article defined the parameters of the device for which performance indicators will be as good as possible, that is, the value of output of the machine as much as possible, and the average amount of chips after grinding the loaded portion of forest residues, and power consumption as low as possible. In addition, the defined ranges of the parameters under which the efficiency of grinding machines for logging residues had a weak link on the geometric parameters of forest residues.

Проводится анализ влияния конструктивных и технологических параметров машины для измельчения порубочных остатков на эффективность ее работы. Процесс измельчения порубочных остатков предложенным устройством является сложным и многофакторным. Приводимая в статье разработанная методика моделирования позволяет исследовать влияние большого количества параметров устройства для измельчения порубочных остатков на его эффективность. В статье определены параметры устройства, при которых показатели эффективности будут как можно лучше, то есть величина производительности машины как можно больше, а средний размер щепы после измельчения загруженной порции порубочных остатков и потребляемая мощность – как можно меньше. Кроме того, определены диапазоны параметров, при которых эффективность машины для измельчения порубочных остатков имела слабую связь от геометрических параметров порубочных остатков.
