Abstract

This article contains a theoretical analysis of the fundamental principles and methods for facilitating the formation of bodily plasticity. Bodily plasticity dual by nature, concerning it the fundamental principles are: pedagogical, specific ones, which apply the method of sensory and rational cognition as an effective method of forming the motor-partisan human experience and awareness of their own physicality. Consciously acting of motor actions is the key to somatopsychic prosperity of the girls aged 15-16 years.
