Abstract

The article presents analyses of theoretical approaches in formation of universal competence under condition of transition to a new level of higher professional education. Main attention is given to subject matter and tendencies for development of competent approach to education in the works of Russian and foreign researchers.

Дан анализ теоретических подходов к формированию универсальных компетенций в условиях перехода на уровневое высшее профессиональное образование. Основное внимание уделяется сущности и тенденциям развития компетентностного подхода к образованию в трудах российских и зарубежных исследователей.
