Abstract

В статье раскрыты закономерности обучения взрослых, проанализированы андрагогические особенности их учебной деятельности, показаны возможные модели проектирования содержания и технологий подготовки специалистов (на примере руководителей организаций)

The article reveals the patterns of adult learning, analyzes andragogic feartures of their educational activity, shows possible models of content-and-technology design of experts’ training (on the example of the heads of organizations)
