Abstract

В статье рассматриваются актуальные проблемы формирования в полиэтническом пространстве активного билингвизма. Задача формирования активного билингвизма еще на этапе школьного обучения языкам выдвигает для решения ряд проблем. Основными из них являются: проблема билингвального образования (содержание, формы, этапы, методика), проблема учебно-методического обеспечения (учебники, учебные пособия, словари, справочники), проблема подготовки педагогических кадров. В условиях современной мировой цивилизации становится актуальной и проблема перехода от билингвизма к полилингвизму.

The article deals with current problems of the formation of active bilingualism in polyethnic space. The task of forming the active bilingualism at the stage of schooling languages raises practical solutions of problems. The main ones are: the problem of bilingual education (content, forms, stages, technique), the problem of training and methodological support (textbooks, manuals, dictionaries, encyclopedias), the problem of teacher training. In today’s global civilization is actual problem of the transition from bilingualism to multilingualism.
