Морфологические особенности спортсменов как результат адаптации к занятиям разными силовыми видами спорта

Abstract

В статье представлены результаты исследования морфологического статуса спортсменов разных силовых видов спорта: пауэрлифтинга и гиревого спорта. Приводятся данные показывающие, что при адаптации к разным по характеру силовым нагрузкам: собственно силовым и направленным на развитие силовой выносливости происходят изменения состава и пропорций тела спортсменов. Данные изменения наиболее выражены с ростом спортивной квалификации атлетов.

In the article the results ot research of the morphological status ol the sportsmen of different kindsof power sportsaresubmitted: powerlifting and weight sports. Adaptation to different loadings is analyzed, thereare changesof Structure and proportions of a body of the sportsmen increasing power endurance. The given changes are most visible with improving of sportsqualification of athletes.
