Abstract

This study deals with psychosemantic description of professional experience structures of school teachers. In total 98 people took part in the research. The main idea of this study consists in research of semantic features of teachers’ subjective representations about a pupil which can carry out the role of a “discriminator” of successful teachers and teachers who are carrying out activity on subjectively distorted norms. The timeliness of teachers’ work study is defined by practice necessity of competent and timely psychological support of their activity that can prevent development of negative states and professional deformations.
