Анализ политики стран - членов ОЭСР в области профессионального образования и подготовки

Abstract

С 2007 г. ОЭСР реализует специальный аналитический проект «Профессиональное образование и подготовка» (VET). В статье анализируется политика стран ОЭСР в области профессионального образования и подготовки и выработанные ОЭСР рекомендации по преодолению проблем в сфере VET, предложенные в докладе ОЭСР 2009 г. «Обучение для работы». Рассматриваются такие аспекты, как нахождение баланса между потребностями работодателей и предпочтениями учащихся, требования рынка труда, проблемы преподавания в учреждениях VET и на рабочем месте, вопросы повышения эффективности сотрудничества между правительством, работодателем и учащимся, финансирования, управления VET. Особое внимание уделяется актуальности создания системы VET в России

Since 2007 OECD implements special analytical project Vocational Education and Training (VET). The article analyses the VET policy of OECD countries and OECD recommendations on overcoming existing gaps in VET national policies suggested in OECD Policy Review of Vocational Education and Training Initial Report Learning for Jobs (2009). Some aspects as balance of the needs of employers with the preferences of students, labour market needs, effective teachers and trainers, effective partnership between government, employers and student, foundations, management systems in VET are considered in the article greater detail. Author makes a special emphasis on the development of the VET policy in Russia
