Обоснование структуры кластерной модели проектировочных компетенций будущего педагога профессиональной школы

Abstract

В статье представлена кластерная модель проектировочных компетенций будущих педагогов профессионального обучения в области дизайна имиджа и стиля, что позволяет обосновать многомерный характер деятельности педагога профессиональной школы в процессе реализации сложных профессиональных функций, связанных с обучением, воспитанием и развитием конкурентоспособной личности обучаемых. Обоснование структуры компетенций в кластерной модели позволило сделать вывод, что проектировочные компетенции являются многомерным образовательным результатом профессиональной подготовки будущего бакалавра профессионального обучения.

The article explains the cluster model of designing competencies for future teachers of vocational education in the field of image and style design is presented, which allows providing rationale for educational modules in major educational programs, as well as implementing adequate pedagogical technologies. Validation of the competency-based structure of the cluster model led to the conclusion that designing competencies are the multi-dimensional educational outcome of professional training of a future Bachelor of Vocational Education.
