Abstract

The alloy ХН35ВТЮ is a perspective material in production of working blades of gas-turbine and other engines, compressor blades. Machining of details of high precision and a complex shape from this alloy is complicated by mechanical methods. Electrochemical machining is offered as an alternative processing method. The electrochemical workability of iron-chromium-nickel based alloy ХН35ВТЮ was investigated. When designing technological process it is necessary to pick up an electrolyte providing high efficiency, quality and accuracy of processing. For this purpose the electrochemical workability in electrolytes of the different nature (8 %, 10 %, 15 % of NaNO3, in the combined 8%NaNO3 based electrolytes with additives of 1 %, 2 %, 3 % and 5 % of NaCl) was investigated.
