Abstract

The article explains the synergetic approach to the development of regional models work with gifted children, which is based on cooperative interaction. Synergetic approach involves the integration of institutions of education, science, culture, sports, youth policy and other departments, the concentration of human and material resources. One form of implementation of the synergetic approach supports networking, which is possible under the conditions: joint activities of network participants; common information space and mechanisms that create the conditions for networking. Network regional models work with gifted children are aimed at the continuous development of the gifted child, providing a focused and systematic nature of the activity.
