Силовые цепи синхронных реактивных электроприводов с независимым управлением по каналу возбуждения

Abstract

В статье представлены схемы силовых цепей синхронных реактивных электроприводов с независимым управлением по каналу возбуждения. Показано, что количество ключей определяется числом фаз и лежит в диапазоне от 2 m до 4 m. Методами регрессионного анализа установлено, что удельная цена на полупроводниковые преобразователи при малых значениях тока не зависит от величины тока и определяется стоимостью микропроцессорной системы управления. При токах, больших 100 А, зависимость между ценой и током приближается к линейной, поэтому отказ от трехфазной конфигурации силовых цепей полупроводникового преобразователя и переход к многофазной конфигурации не приводят к увеличению массогабаритных показателей источника питания. Таким образом, усложнение конфигурации схем силовых цепей (увеличение количества фаз) для технологических установок с установленной мощностью более 200 кВт позволяет улучшить массогабаритные показатели электромеханического преобразователя при сохранении габаритов полупроводникового преобразователя.

The article presents the main-circuit schemes of field regulated reluctance electric drives. It is shown that the number of switches is defined by the number of phases and lies in a range from 2 m to 4 m. Using regression analysis method it was found that the semiconductor converter unit price for small current values does not depend on the current value and is determined by the microprocessor control system price. At currents greater than 100 A the relationship between the price and the current is nearly linear, so replacement of a three-phase semiconductor converters power circuits configuration with a polyphase configuration does not increase the weight or size of the power source. Thus, the complication of power circuits configurations (increasing the number of phases) for technological installations with rated capacity of more than 200 kW allows to improve the weight-size parameters of the electromechanical converter without increasing the size of the semiconductor converter.
