Концептуальные основы развития и трансформации конкурентоспособности организационных территориально-воспроизводственных систем в строительстве

Abstract

Рассмотрены основные направления воспроизводственных процессов в строительстве. Показано, что воспроизводство, рассматриваемое как непрерывный процесс возобновления основных фондов и предотвращения их преждевременного износа, в строительстве включает три стадии: подготовка строительства, строительство (строительное производство), реализация строительной продукции (ввод зданий и сооружений в эксплуатацию). Для реализации конкурентоспособной стратегии развития строительному предприятию следует обладать определенным инновационным потенциалом, который обеспечивает ему конкурентные преимущества и достижение лучших результатов по сравнению с конкурентами. Основная цель – не максимизировать объем выпускаемой готовой строительной продукции или минимизировать затраты на потребляемые ресурсы, обеспечить техническую эффективность или максимальную прибыль, но обеспечить оптимальное сочетание всех организационно-технических и управленческих аспектов, которые должны быть целью долгосрочного планирования строительного производства и его инновационного развития. Разработаны модель конкурентоспособной территориально-воспроизводственной системы в строительстве и функциональная модель программно-целевых взаимодействий по развитию конкурентоспособности при реализации инновационно-технологических решений при обновлении сложившейся застройки.

The basic directions of reproduction processes in construction are reviewed. It is shown that the reproduction, considered as a continuous process of renewal of fixed assets and prevent their premature wear, in construction includes three basic stages: preparation of construction, construction (construction industry), the implementation of the final construction products (input of buildings and structures in operation). For the implementation of a competitive strategy of development of the construction company should have a certain innovation potential, which gives him the opportunity to beat the competition, having received advantages in comparison with them, and achieve better results than they. The main goal is not to maximize the volume of the finished building products or minimizing the cost of consumed resources, technical efficiency or profit maximization but optimal co-couple of all organizational and technical and managerial aspects, which should be aimed at long-term planning of construction and its innovative development. Developed model of a competitive territorial reproductive system in construction and functional model of program-target interactions on the development of competitiveness through the implementation of innovative engineering solutions for the upgrade of the existing building.
