Социальное партнерство в образовании: символический интеракционизм как методологическая ориентация

Abstract

The symbolic interactionism ideas’ methodological potential for the social partnership in education study has been identifi ed. The main features of symbolic interactionism, exchange theory, critical sociology and their role in the communication development between educational processes subjects have been determined. The education management problems study peculiarities in the interactionist methodological orientation ideas context have been revealed.

Выявлен методологический потенциал идей символического интеракционизма для исследования социального партнерства в образовательной сфере. Выделены основные черты символического интеракционизма, теории обмена, критической социологии и их роль в развитии коммуникаций между субъектами образовательного процесса. Раскрыты особенности исследования проблем управления образованием в контексте идей интеракционистской методологической ориентации.
