Abstract

In this study, we investigated the effectiveness of lithium citrate in the prevention of stress conditions in chickens and chicken breeders cross Hubbard F15 with different levels of stress sensitivity of the stimulus threshold and suprathreshold strength. To determine individual stress sensitivity of chickens and hens used method is to model the local adaptation syndrome by intradermal 70% solution of turpentine in the area barbs at a dose of 0.1 ml and evaluation of response to the severity of symptoms of acute aseptic inflammation 24 hours after placement tests. Turpentine test in addition to the prognostic value used as a model to study the stimulus threshold of stress on the chickens. As a result, found that the cost-effectiveness of lithium citrate for stress-sensitive chicken is 2570.75 rubles or 17.6 rubles per 1 ruble invested costs for stress-resistant chickens 366.75 rubles or 2.5 rubles per 1 ruble of embedded costs. Lithium citrate at five times the introduction into the body has no effect on egg weight, which confirms the lack of impact on the processes of lithium citrate, egg formation and mineral metabolism during short-term use of chickens in prophylactic doses. Transportation is a powerful suprathreshold stimulus for chickens, as indicated by the observed clinical signs, changes in leukocyte profile. Pronounced anti-stress effect of lithium citrate appear within days after shipment.

В работе изучена эффективность использования цитрата лития при профилактике стрессовых состояний у цыплят и кур родительского стада кросса Hubbard F15 с разным уровнем стрессовой чувствительности при действии раздражителей пороговой и сверхпороговой силы. Для определения индивидуальной стрессовой чувствительности цыплят и кур использовали метод, заключающийся в моделировании локального адаптационного синдрома путем внутрикожного введения 70 %-ного раствора скипидара в область бородки в дозе 0,1 мл и оценки результатов реакции по степени выраженности признаков острого асептического воспаления через 24 ч после постановки пробы. Этот же тест использовали в качестве модели порогового раздражителя для изучения стрессового воздействия на кур. Экономическая эффективность использования цитрата лития для стресс-чувствительных кур составляет 17,6 руб. на 1 руб. вложенных средств, для стресс-устойчивых 2,5 руб./руб. Пятикратное введение лития цитрата в организм не оказывает влияния на массу яиц, что подтверждает отсутствие его воздействия на процессы яйцеобразования и минеральный обмен кур при кратковременном применении в профилактических дозах. Транспортировка мощный сверхпороговый раздражитель для цыплят, на что указывают обнаруженные клинические признаки и изменения в лейкоцитарном профиле. Выраженный антистрессовый эффект лития цитрата проявился в течение суток после транспортировки.
