Abstract

В статье рассматриваются некоторые аспекты развития региональной системы повышения квалификации педагогических кадров в период проведения школьной реформы. Большое внимание уделяется развитию форм и методов повышения квалификации учителей, проблемам организационного укрепления системы повышения квалификации педагогов Татарии, дается оценка роли Татарского института усовершенствования учителей в совершенствовании системы переподготовки учительских кадров во второй половине 80-х гг. ХХ в.

The article reveals some aspects of regional teachers' in-service training system in the period of carrying out the school reform. Much attention is paid to the development of forms and methods of teachers' training, problems of organizational strengthening of in-service teachers' training system in Tatarstan. The article assesses the role of Tatar in-service teachers' training Institute in improving the system of retraining teaching staff in the second half of the 1980s.
