Abstract

This article analysis of problems of quality management of teacher education in the area of social safety. Presents an analysis of the category of «management» as category management, psychology and pedagogy. Methodological framework made approaches to management of teaching systems. Identified and analyzed stages of quality management of teacher education in the area of social safety. Stage of «target-positing» is characterized by allocation main objectives: personal-professional development in the field of social safety. Stage of «target-implementation» is involves the use of active forms of interaction of teachers and students. On stage of «target-assertion» is organized work to assess the effectiveness of the educational system. Stage of «target-enrichment» is characterized of analyzes information about the quality of education in the field of social safety and providing new educational challenges. On stage of «target-enrichment» analyzed information about the quality of education in the field of social safety and providing new educational challenges. The goal and result of the quality management education is readiness of the future teachers to provide social safety.

Проведен анализ проблемы управления качеством педагогического образования в области социальной безопасности. Представлен анализ категории «управления» как категории менеджмента, психологии, педагогики. Методологическую основу составили подходы к управлению педагогическими системами. Выявлены и проанализированы этапы управления качеством педагогического образования в области социальной безопасности. Этап целеполагания характеризуется выделением главной цели: личностно-профессионального развития в области социальной безопасности. Этап целеосуществления предполагает использование активных форм организации взаимодействия преподавателей и студентов. На этапе целеутверждение организуется работа по оценке эффективности образовательной системы. Этап целеобогащения характеризуется анализом информации о качестве образования в области социальной безопасности и выделением новых образовательных задач. Готовность будущих педагогов к обеспечению социальной безопасности в системе управления качеством образования рассматривается как цель и результат.
