Социальная компетентность: критерии и методики определения

Abstract

Рассматриваются различные концепции сущности феномена «социальная компетентность», указываются методики и шкалы определения уровня сформированности социальной компетентности личности. Акцентируется внимание на различии социологического и психологического предмета исследования данного конструкта. Приводится авторская трактовка понятия «социальная компетентность» и ее структуры, где социальная компетентность рассматривается в свете социологического предмета исследования. Автор выявляет социальную сущность феномена «социальная компетентность» и «поле» ее проявления, определяет современные механизмы ее формирования. Социальное развитие в структуре личности автор соотносит с процессом построения значимых жизненных перспектив, социальной адаптацией в социуме, а также способностью оказывать на него преобразующее воздействие. В статье приводится авторская методика определения уровня сформированности социальной компетентности обучающихся высшей школы, состоящая из анкет, шкал, «экспертной оценки», «оценки «ближнего другого»». Авторский инструментарий апробирован в ходе исследования уровня сформированности социальной компетентности обучающихся на примере вузов Тюменской области.

Various concepts of «social competence» essence phenomenon are examined, specified the methodology and scale determining the formed level of individual social competence. The difference between the sociological and psychological research subject of this construct is focused. Provides the author´s interpretation of the «social competence» concept and its structure, where social competence is considered in the sociological subject aspect. The author reveals the social nature of social competence phenomenon and its working field, determines modern mechanisms of its forming. Social development in the personality structure the author relates to the building process of meaningful life prospects, social adaptation in society, as well as the ability to have a transformative impact on it. The article presents the author´s method of determining of social competence formed level of high school students, consisting of questionnaires, scales, «expert review», «near other estimates». Authoring tools tested in the study of students' social competence formed level at the example of the Tyumen region high schools.
