Учебно-творческая деятельность студентов как средство развития профессионального творчества будущих специалистов

Abstract

Одним из направлений совершенствования подготовки социальных педагогов в учреждениях высшего профессионального образования является ориентация учебно-воспитательного процесса на создание условий для развития способности обучаемых к творчеству, развития ихличностно-творческого потенциала. В статье анализируются теоретические основы разработки системы учебно-творческих задач, отражающих профессиональную специфику и способствующих формированию креативных компетентностей будущих специалистов.

One of the aspects of improving the training of social workers in institutions of higher professional education is orientation of the educational process to creating the proper conditions for the trainees' creative skills, development of their personal and creative potential. This article analyzes the theoretical basis for developing a system of creative teaching tasks, reflecting the professional specialties and contributing to the formation of future specialists' creative competence.
