Abstract

The author of the paper justifies the need for new approaches to the educational process management in the new social environment, characterized by changes in cultural and historic surroundings that predetermine the child’s personality formation. The paper studies conditions of pedagogical support to the child’s positive Self-concept formation at the elementary school age. It considers the process mainly to be the result of upbringing and training and simultaneously the basis of socialization and free and creative self-actualization.
