
The article deals with the evolution of theoretical approaches to the study of the role of innovative business in the development of public production. The key formation problems of the infrastructural support for the innovative business at the regional level are identified. Based on the system-creative and process-functional approaches the authors propose a model of strategic management of the formation of the infrastructural support for innovative activity of businesses. The conditions to ensure the operation of the innovation support system and demand for talent and ideas are identified.
Рассмотрена эволюция теоретических подходов к изучению роли инновационного бизнеса в развитии общественного производства. Выявлены ключевые проблемы формирования инфраструктурного обеспечения инновационного бизнеса на региональном уровне. На основе системно-креативного и процессно-функционального подходов предложена модель стратегического управления формированием инфраструктурного обеспечения инновационной деятельности бизнес-структур (СУФИОИнД). Определены условия для обеспечения работы системы поддержки инноваций и востребованности талантов и идей.
