Abstract

In article are analysed the structure and character of the mechanisms copying students’ behavior in connection with factor of their involvement in active sports. Particular preferences of coping strategies and their relationship with personality characteristics of students were also investigated. To this end the experiment involved the top 50 athletes and 90 high schools students, not professionally involved in for sports. By results of research it was revealed significant differences in the determination of student’s success by different level of physical characteristics of individuality. According to the survey it was found a much higher role of individuality in determination of the physical efficiency of student-athletes than students who are not involved in sports.

В статье анализируются особенности характера и структуры механизмов преодолевающего поведения студентов в связи с фактором их вовлеченности в активные занятия спортом. Также исследовались особенности предпочтения копинг-стратегий и их взаимосвязь с личностными свойствами студентов. С этой целью к эксперименту привлекались 50 ведущих спортсменов вузов и 90 студентов, профессионально не занимающихся спортом. По результатам исследования была выявлены существенные различия в детерминации успешности физической подготовленности студентов разноуровневыми свойствами индивидуальности. Обнаружена гораздо более высокая роль свойств личности в детерминации физической подготовленности студентов-спортсменов, чем у студентов, не занимающихся спортом.
