Abstract

В статье рассмотрены нормативно-правовые документы по организации и проведению всероссийских студенческих олимпиад, определены направления их совершенствования с учетом приоритетных направлений модернизации и технологического развития российской экономики, потребностей работодателей. Предложены мероприятия по стимулированию развития олимпиадного движения в системе высшего образования Российской Федерации; проведения конкурсов, интеллектуальных соревнований, профессиональных состязаний с учетом их интеграции с олимпиадами школьников; образовательных организаций, ответственных за проведение олимпиады; студентов, проявляющих выдающиеся способности в период освоения соответствующей образовательной программы

The article deals with the statutes and regulations concerning organization of and conducting all-Russia student competitions. The authors consider the prioritized directions of modernization and technological development of Russian economy and the labour market requirements, identifying the guidelines for improving the legal base and proposing incentive measures, such as (1) promoting student competitions in the framework of Russian higher education, (2) conducting contests, intellectual competitions and professional tournaments, integrating these with high-school pupils competitions, (3) selecting host educational institutions for competitions, (4) in-class identification of capable students.
