Методологические особенности обеспечения саморазвития детей и воспитателей в дошкольном образовании

Abstract

The urgency of the support of the specificity of social relations in children, as well as the need to provide educational and humanistic nature of interaction between adults and children. Shows the need for transforming the thinking of the teacher in the direction of nature-conformity and humanity. As essential characteristics in ensuring self-development of children and educators in preschool education dedicated towards the use of interactive technologies the development of individuality in the development of personality, introduction to educational technology’s components, the use of technologies of developing training, the use of design technologies to ensure the factors of health preservation.

Показана актуальность поддержки специфики общественных отношений у детей, а также необходимость обеспечения развивающего и гуманистического характера взаимодействия взрослых и детей. Показана необходимость трансформации мышления педагога в направлении природосообразности и гуманности. В качестве существенных особенностей в обеспечении саморазвития детей и воспитателей в дошкольном образовании выделены ориентация на использование интерактивных технологий развития индивидуальности в воспитании личности, введение в образовательную технологию игровых составляющих, использование технологии развивающего обучения, использование проектных технологий, обеспечение факторов здоровьесбережения.
