
Рассмотрены проблемы оценки качества и количества массового высшего образования, даны рекомендации по введению единого государственного экзамена для бакалавров типа GRE subject test. Высказаны соображения по поводу оптимальной структуры формирующейся национальной сети ведущих университетов.
Problems of quality and quantity estimation for mass higher education are considered. Some recommendations for introduction of a bachelor unified state exam (similar to GRE subject test) are given. Some thoughts about emerging national network of leading universities are expressed.
