
The article examines pedagogical framework of cultural and educational environment organization in the secondary vocational education institutions. The author describes its nature, structures, performance criteria, and design approaches. The role and place of the cultural and educational environment in vocational education and self-determination of students are defined. Technological support of the cultural and educational environment management is represented by the model and the monitoring of the educational activities results.
В статье рассматриваются педагогические основы организации в учреждении среднего профессионального образования (СПО) культурно-воспитательной среды. Дается характеристика ее сущности, структуры, критериев эффективного функционирования и подходов к проектированию. Определены роль и место культурно-воспитательной среды в профессиональном воспитании и самоопределении студентов. Технологическое обеспечение организации культурно-воспитательной среды представлено моделью и мониторингом результатов образовательной деятельности.
