Проблемы развития ювенальной юстиции

Abstract

Статья посвящена актуальным вопросам внедрения в Украине уголовной юстиции по делам несовершеннолетних. Проанализированы исторические, социальные, правовые и организационные предпосылки развития системы органов, рассматривающих дела детей. Исследованы новеллы уголовно-процессуального законодательства, касающихся процедуры рассмотрения дел по обвинению несовершеннолетних в совершении преступления.

The author analyses the problem of development of juvenile justice in Ukraine. Historical, social, legal and organizational aspects of juvenile justice system are presented. New rules of juvenile criminal procedure are reviewed.
