The paper analyzes the concept "personal results of development of the main educational program". This article describes requirements to techniques of an objective assessment of personal results according to requirements of the Federal state educational standards (FSES) of the primary general education. Is described the authorstest "MSAR (modification of the test "System of affective regulation" for an external assessment of schools)"
Раскрыто понятие «личностные результаты освоения основной образовательной программы». Описаны требования к методикам объективной оценки личностных результатов в соответствии с требованиями ФГОС начального общего образования. Представлен авторский тест-опросник «МСАР (мод. для внешней оценки ОУ)» для проведения внешних мониторингов
