Компетентностный подход в профессиональном лингвообразовании

Abstract

The paper considers organizational and pedagogical problems of foreign language teaching at the present stage of the development of the world. The methodological basis of professional linguistic education, meant to the personal enhancement of the students not majoring in Linguistics, is the competence approach, which makes the new educational model of a specialist with professional competence and carries out the many-level system of foreign language teaching. This system unites the content area of the Russian teaching system and the international and conventional mechanisms of linguistic competencecontrol at each level. The author underlines necessity of the technologic modification of the training course choosing training materials, which match content and target-oriented purposes, and educational resources, which provide effective learning in the cross-cultural context. The special attention is paid to the survey of the textbooks of foreign publishing houses, their advantages and disadvantages, as well as the language social utilities and interactive Internet-services as pedagogic means, which enable to create the situations of real intercultural communication. An important aspect of the competence approach is considered to be the person-oriented paradigm of professional linguistic education, which develops the synergetic potentials of the linguistic personality expressed in the self-organization of productive intercultural communication.

В статье рассматриваются организационно-педагогические проблемы обучения иностранным языкам в вузе на современном этапе развития общества. Методологической основой профессионального лингвообразования, нацеленного на личностное развитие студентов-нелингвистов, следует считать компетентностный подход, который создает новую образовательную модель специалиста, обладающего сформированной профессиональной компетентностью и реализует многоуровневую систему обучения иностранным языкам, гармонично соединяющую предметное содержание отечественной системы обучения и международно-стандартный механизм контроля иноязычной обученности для каждого уровня. Также отмечается необходимость технологической модификации образовательного курса за счет выбора учебного комплекса, отвечающего содержательно-целевым требованиям, и дидактических ресурсов, обеспечивающих успешное обучение в межкультурном контексте. Особое внимание акцентируется на обзоре учебников зарубежных издательств, их преимуществах, недостатках, а также языковых социальных сетях и интерактивных интернет-сервисах как педагогических средствах, способных создать ситуации реального межкультурного взаимодействия. Важным аспектом реализации компетентностного подхода считается личностно-ориентированная парадигма профессионального лингвообразования, которая призвана развить синергетический потенциал языковой личности, выражающийся в самоорганизации продуктивной межкультурной коммуникации.
