Некоторые аспекты применения энергоносителей в традиционных технологиях

Abstract

In paper the basic aspects of application the traditional energy carriers in high-temperature processes of the chemical and petrochemical industry are considered. The basic alternative sources of heating are de-scribed. Calculations on working plant, directed on modernizing the working system of rectification of selection of target alkyl phenol (TAP) due to substitution of the working heating equipment (diphenyl boiler-house) with low efficiency and high operation expenditures for more modern are made. The inno-vation will help to remove the ecological load, dependence on data-ins, to raise quality and to lower the cost price of end production. In work thermal calculation of rectification columns with application of prediction methods of organic compounds properties nnections is lead at various loadings, thermal conditions and necessary power of tubular electroheaters is calculated. Introduction of the project will allow to lower expenditures for heat-ing and to receive additional profit.

В статье рассмотрены основные аспекты применения традиционных энергоносителей в высокотемпературных процессах химической и нефтехимической промышленности. Описаны основные альтернативные источники обогрева. Произведены расчеты на действующем объекте производства, направленные на модернизацию действующей системы ректификации выделения целевого алкилфенола (ЦАФ) за счет замены действующего нагревательного оборудования (дифенильная котельная) с низким КПД и высокими эксплуатационными затратами на более современное. Нововведение поможет снять экологическую нагрузку, зависимость от входных параметров, повысить качество и снизить себестоимость конечной продукции. В работе проведен тепловой расчет колонн ректификации с применением методов прогнозирования свойств органических соединений при различных загрузках, тепловых режимах и рассчитана необходимая мощность трубчатых электронагревателей. Внедрение проекта позволит снизить затраты на обогреве и получить дополнительную прибыль.
