The article reveals the principle aspects of work with foreign students at Tver State Medical Academy. Much attention is paid to the process of adaptation of foreign students to the other language environment and to the methods of successful learning Russian with the help of the intersubject coordination problems.

В статье рассмотрены основные направления работы с иностранными учащимися в Тверской государственной медицинской академии. Большое внимание уделяется процессу адаптации иностранных учащихся в иноязычной среде и методике успешного овладения языком специальности посредством решения задач межпредметной координации.
