Abstract

Раскрыт организационно-структурный аспект региональной системы управления трудоустройства молодых специалистов. Управление трудоустройством молодых специалистов осуществляется несколькими субъектами, действующими на четырех уровнях координационном, региональном, муниципальном, организационном. Объект управления имеет двухуровневую структуру организационную и персональную. Организационный уровень включает образовательные учреждения и организации работодателей (или просто работодателей), персональный уровень молодых специалистов.

The organizational and structural aspect of the regional management system of young specialist's employment is revealed. The management of young specialist's employment is carried out by several subjects operating on four levels: coordination, regional, municipal, institutional. Control object is a two-level structure: organizational and personal. Organizational level includes educational institutions and employers organizations (or employers), personal level young professionals.
