Abstract

New state general educational standards on all sections of preparation of experts of a medical structure are developed. Now sections « Toxicology and medical protection » and « Medicine of accidents » are transferred on 5-6 rate for the basic number of students. Feature of pedagogical problems within the limits of subject matter is capacity of the teacher to inform up to a trainee skill to analyze and compare with set of factors, conditions and the circumstances arising at liquidation of medicosanitary consequences of emergencies. It is necessary to introduce in consciousness of the student feeling of the responsibility for the actions on the organization or carrying out medicoevacuational actions at rescue of a life of people. One of the basic methodological principles of training is fastening the received knowledge and practical skills by means of the programmed control over performance of specific situational problems. For this purpose variation of process of preparation of medical workers with use of currently available methods of computer training is necessary. The special attention should be given sharp poisonings with drugs and toxic substances, including alcohol and its substitutes.
