In the article the state of technical and technological base of the railways, the factors that cause them. A strategic development priorities related to technical and technological base of the enterprise, with the improvement of technologies that contribute to the provision of transport services and related financial support. Achievement of these strategic development priorities proposed exercise by forming mutually beneficial relationships railway undertakings with research organizations, scientific and industrial enterprises and other actors in the innovation sector through the creation of transport-logistics centers, one of the subsystems which is aimed at the development and implementation newest products on the basis of systematic information on new products technology, technology.

В статті розглянуто стан техніко-технологічної бази залізниць, визначено фактори, що її обумовлюють. Запропоновано стратегічні пріоритети розвитку, які пов’язані з техніко-технологічною базою підприємства, з удосконаленням технологій, що сприяють наданню послуг перевезень та пов’язані з фінансовим забезпеченням. Досягнення зазначених стратегічних пріоритетів розвитку запропоновано здійснювати за рахунок формування взаємовигідних зв’язків підприємств залізничного транспорту з науково-дослідними організаціями, науково-виробничими підприємствами та іншими суб’єктами інноваційного сектору шляхом створення транспортно-логістичних центрів.
