Abstract

Tverskoye Verkhnevolzhye is regarded as a natural geo-system in connection with a question of global warming. The geo-ecological situation in the region has been analyzed from the point of possible changing of its state from "Green Earth" to the state of "Grey Earth" (in terms of S. P. Gorshkov).
